Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply when you join the Cleus AI affiliate program at cleus.ai/affiliate. They add to our Terms of Service and Content Policy. Joining is free and you never have to buy anything.

What you earn

  • When someone signs up through your link and subscribes to Premium, you earn 20% of every subscription payment they make, for as long as they stay subscribed.
  • Balance top-ups, gifts and free plans earn no commission. Apple in-app payments earn on what we receive after Apple’s fee.
  • A person counts as yours if they follow your link within 90 days before creating a new Cleus account. Existing accounts and existing or past subscribers can’t be referred.
  • You can’t earn from your own subscription. Signing up again under another account or email through your own link, or paying for a referred account with your own PayPal or card, doesn’t count. Payments that look like this are held for review and cancelled if they’re yours.

When you get paid

  • Each commission waits 30 days after the payment, so refunds and chargebacks can come in. After that it’s ready to pay out.
  • You can be paid by PayPal or USDT once you have at least $50 ready. We send cash payouts by hand, usually within 7 days of your request.
  • You can also take any amount as Cleus balance, with a 20% bonus. Balance can be spent while you have an active Premium subscription.
  • If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid out, it’s taken from your next payout.
  • You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

Promotion rules

To keep earning, you agree to:

  • Say clearly that you earn a commission when you share your link (for example “affiliate link” or #ad), as advertising laws require.
  • Describe Cleus honestly. Don’t promise things Cleus doesn’t do, call it free or unlimited, or say it’s made or endorsed by another company.
  • Never promote Cleus to anyone under 18, or next to content involving minors.
  • Never send spam: no unsolicited email, DMs or comments, and no bought or scraped contact lists.
  • Don’t bid on “Cleus” or similar words in search ads, or use domains, accounts or pages that look like official Cleus ones.
  • Don’t refer yourself, make accounts to collect commissions, pay or reward people for signing up, or use bots or fake traffic.
  • Follow the rules of every platform you post on and our Content Policy for any Cleus output you share.

Ending or changing the program

We can close an affiliate account that breaks these rules. Commissions earned through the broken rule are cancelled; other commissions that are ready are still paid. We may change rates or rules for the future with 30 days’ notice on this page; commissions you’ve already earned keep the rate they were earned at. You can leave at any time.
